  1. NO SUBSTITUTIONS. APPLICATIONS ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE.
  2. In agreeing to this release, I waive any and all liability claims for myself and/or the named applicants (if under 18), and my heirs, against all sponsors, The Orcas Island Family Bicycle Ride Organization and their officers and members and any other parties connected with the Orcas Island Memorial Day Ride from any injury, harm, loss, inconvenience, or damage foreseen or unforeseen suffered as a result, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Orcas Island Memorial Day Ride or any activity associated with it. I attest and verify that I am physically fit, have sufficiently trained for completion of this event and have knowledge of any risk involved.
  3. I understand that my fee is non refundable after May15th. Refunds issued before May 15th will include a 5% charge to cover the transaction charges.
  4. I understand that wearing a helmet is REQUIRED. All helmets must meets Snell Foundation and/or ANSI Z90.4 Safety Standards
